Pros

Peek is a naturally diverse company in hires; there's no checkboxes to fill or quotas to meet like other "diverse" companies. The company has bent over backwards to be flexible and provide benefits as long as people were upfront and honest with what they need or want, and if they deliver on their commitments. Praise is given at appropriate times to the appropriate people, with the whole team celebrating wins by others since it's all 1 product that we each contribute a small piece to. The challenges have been rewarding to work on as a technical aspect, and there's been a variety of engineering problems to solve.

Cons

Burnout is totally real as people feel so invested in the product and projects. We've had a hard time recognizing burnout in each other and ourselves, but are working on this actively with benefits and policies. Onboarding isn't simple due to the product's vast capabilities and feature set, but this too is being worked on as we start to develop specialized teams

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
