Pros

Excellent product for the travel activities industry (Combines many different beneficial features for travel-activity businesses. Succeeds as a one-stop-shop software. Product fit: 5/5). Attracts interesting people with a lot of skill (Fully remote, interesting industry, funding from prominent people/firms). Work life balance (Hesitant to make a statement towards this. I was fully trusted in my position. Received an average amount of micromanaging for a position of this caliber. I created my own schedule. The way I approached calls and emails were a collaborative effort. Many members of Senior Management have since been removed - work life balance will likely change).

Cons

Selling a product for the travel activities industry during a suffering economy (down economy = less travel = less money for travel activities businesses = less money towards software ). Base pay/benefits (Not an issue for most BDRs. Most people are willing to accept lower pay for the opportunity. Remove the opportunity, and the base pay/benefits becomes incomprehensible). Layoffs (Layoffs are an indication of the health and overall revenue of a company. Companies that hit their targets or exceed their targets don't layoff employees). Competitive industry ( Initially offered something unique for the travel activities industry. The software is great, but not revolutionary. Which means, that it's easy for other companies to duplicate Peek's product features with reasonable software engineers). Recently removed themselves from SMB segment (only focusing on MM and Enterprise. Problematic because FareHarbor dominates MM and Enterprise segment).

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
