Pros
Pros are the their are few people in the company that dont have this mind set. The Property I worked at in SC did however. They also had great chances for promotions for the woman of the race they favored, even though the other individual had more experience dealing with a property of that sort.
Cons
An employee was terminated just days after formally complaining of discrimination and harassment in the work place. A complaint was giving to a superior and was over looked and once the employee had a substantial amount of evidence they framed him for grounds of termination. They are talent users and will let you go once they get what they need from you.
