Pros

Only the pay for the area but really it isn't great

Cons

They changed our work ours to 7 to 530 with a unpaid lunch effective December 1. That was one of the ONLY good things about this place having a 20 minute paid lunch. Have been saying stay at your work area till the bell because of stealing company time. Now they don't care about taking 30 minutes of your day unpaid when theyve had a paid lunch for years now. They said it was to help work life balance how does being at work longer and having part of it unpaid help your work life balance. This company only cares about their profit which you wont see a cent of you work yourself the limit and the reap the rewards. If your are a awful employee but you suck up to management they will probably promote you people who are leads don't even deserve to have a job the hard workers on the line are on the line all the time you are used as a piece of machinery and are expected to hit numbers the management and corporate couldn't hit after drinking 5 monster energy drinks. It's a reason why this place cannot keep people very long if you think they will care about you think again

Pros

Great UX/UI interfaces, generally easy to navigate systems if you have general computer knowledge but can navigate multiple systems and screens. Great metrics which make it easier for as coordinators to not feel so stressed out to get to the next call, but to also know we do still need to take another call. Team leads and trainers at Pella Corp are amazing.

Cons

Remembering to constantly have to clear cache and cookies it a little annoying to get everything to work apporpriatly. But it is part of technology sometimes and everything being web based. Also, during training when you go peer to peer, some of the peer's are not really the best mentors an will really push you to do take calls when you are not ready to, which may be good or bad. For me it ended badly. Not for everybody else, but sometimes people just are not ready and people need to know when to listen to someone as to now cause an anxiety or panic attaack because it can be nerve racking when you genuinely do not feel ready to take that first call.
