      Great Doctors to work with. Very caring staff. Love my coworker. Benefits are great. Even get benefits for weekend package

      No negatives working at Pella. Have been very happy withing here. Oh maybe one thing. Would like to have option of 8 hour shifts again.

      Pros

      Learn much while working in clinic. Great support staff

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance! Want your charting completed at home required to see way too many patients throughout the day and patients can be completely unreasonable with their requests and healthcare needs. Pay is extremely low for amount of work that you actually do.
