Pros

Some areas encourage and actually lead with the Mission statement that includes "Christian Compassion." But others blatantly disregard it.

Cons

Manager is a horrible gossip. Discloses very personal, and medical information about her own staff to other staff. Very distracting during work hours. Many have reported her behavior to HR, but this is ignored by them as well.

Pros

Learn much while working in clinic. Great support staff

Cons

Horrible work life balance! Want your charting completed at home required to see way too many patients throughout the day and patients can be completely unreasonable with their requests and healthcare needs. Pay is extremely low for amount of work that you actually do.
