Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn new skills - plenty of training sessions on Fridays when everyone's in the office. Free lunches on Fridays with the local offices. Free beer as well.

Cons

Mostly local clients - can be a pro; not for people who want to travel. Monthly pay cycle - can be a pro as well.

We are glad you are enjoying the opportunity to learn new skills (and enjoy a cold beer while doing so)! We will continue to look at ways we can invest in our team , which is our best asset by far!

Pros

All of leadership is highly tenured. All have been around the organization for 10+ years, moving through different verticals and duties. Lots of room for growth and advancement. Very competitive pay and a helpful/welcoming demeanor carried by the vast majority of the company. Really does strive to hire for culture fit just as much as technical and functional acumen. Benefit costs to employee are very low! PTO is “unlimited”, plus holidays, including the week between Christmas-New Year.

Cons

Truly nitpicking for some negatives: Max 401k company match @ $2k /yr. This is low in the industry. No company Amex for travel. (This may be a positive for some consultants).
