      The interview and hiring process with Peloton is VERY structured and organized. There is no gap in communication. Everything is laid out clearly and the appropriate materials are detailed out and defined so there is no misunderstandings. The people I interviewed with were transparent, easy going, and fun!

      Cons

      No cons! I was running for my final interview and the Peloton team were very nice and didn't hold my tardiness against me.
