- Being a part of new experiences and a fast growing company. - Generous compensation - Working for employee-first leadership - The company is culturally exciting and expanding and growing rapidly - Great stock options - Excellent health insurance and 401K matching - Diverse and very accepting and open minded to individuals - Mostly good work-life balance, but that needs some improvement
