Not worth it - Member Support Associate Peloton Interactive Employee Review

The company often shares information about new policies or promotions with the public before their associates. It feels like I'm always playing catch while I'm trying to do my job. The schedules are a nightmare and there is a lot of preferential treatment from the higher ups. Overall, not a consistent company, at least for people lower on the totem pole.
