Pros
Positive work culture, the benefits are amazing, the pay was great, but even with recent charges it's still very good for a retail management position. It's nice to see more opportunities come up for promotions but with the closing of showrooms the company has also seen a lot of great people go. I really do think Barry will lead the next phase of growth for the company
Cons
Closing showrooms, little room for advancement if you're not close to the headquarters. Can also be a little too "woke" for even my somewhat liberal values.
