      super nice NYC office and a ton of great perks and benefits. pay and equity is above average for YOE

      Cons

      company has been going downhill for a while. they will survive for a while but rough outlook and more layoffs are likely. teams are super understaffed and disorganized. cost cutting across the board. horrible leadership vision
