There are career opportunities and room for advancement but usually you'll need a degree to get the position.

1.) Burnout. Burnout. Burnout. 2.) The turnover rate at this agency is high, which makes it hard to build rapport with fellow coworkers if they are just going to leave in 3 months. 3.) Not a fan of the health insurance.
