Gaslighting is the pastime of the day. Pay is not bad to start. Decent benefits. CEO has a heart for the people, but not able to protect staff from toxic management, unfortunately. If you like diagnosing everyone with ADHD you will be able to survive here. Be prepared to be known as "the candy store" in town.
