Pros

1.) I like having the Independence of doing the job my own way. 2.) The company has multiple moral boasting activities, especially around the holidays. 3.) The benefits excluding the insurance 4.) There are career opportunities and room for advancement but usually you'll need a degree to get the position.

Cons

1.) Burnout. Burnout. Burnout. 2.) The turnover rate at this agency is high, which makes it hard to build rapport with fellow coworkers if they are just going to leave in 3 months. 3.) Not a fan of the health insurance.

Pros

Good HR that is very professional. CEO has a heart for the people Pay is not bad decent benefits

Cons

Bullying style of management complete with mean girls, inter and intradepartmental feuding and power struggles, write-ups threatening your license, and weekly personal supervision—all with a smile, of course. Gaslighting is the pastime of the day. Pay is not bad to start. Decent benefits. CEO has a heart for the people, but not able to protect staff from toxic management, unfortunately. If you like diagnosing everyone with ADHD you will be able to survive here. Be prepared to be known as "the candy store" in town.
