Pros

Remote work. The salary is decent.

Cons

Pip Culture. Constant intimidation by tenured folks. Politics. Work can fluctuate between level - boring/routine to level - sweat shop. I worked on a project where the folks were very set in their ways. Leads were never open to discussion and used unnecessary jargon, rather than clear open communication. Leads never lost an opportunity to give negative feedback, while ignoring the hard work that was put in place. Overall This place is only interested in what you can bring, not in elevating your career in any way. The org has a fixed set of Lifers in each department, for the newbies it’s a rotating door.

Pros

Base salary is standard within the industry and the benefits package is strong. The annual bonus is a genuine differentiator in total compensation. The work itself offered real opportunities to build technical skills, particularly for those in data and analytics roles, with access to projects that should have a meaningful business impact.

Cons

Organizational restructuring has been a recurring theme, creating uncertainty around team stability and long-term role security. Communication from senior leadership during periods of change was inconsistent, making it difficult to plan or feel confident in the direction of the company. Employees may find themselves in limbo when priorities shift at the leadership level.
