      Pros

      Benefits are good for the area and industry. Environment is progressively getting better. Area is beautiful and never short on outdoor activities.

      Cons

      There were instances of the “good old boys club” where you see employees be retained or promoted when they should not be.

      flexibility. I'm on a fellowship I won with a great advisor. It is not so good for others.
