Pros

The reduced tuition benefit is very nice. However, if you don't have children that are of college age, it is not a benefit.

Cons

Upper-level administration and HR admit that staff compensation is at least 20% below market value. Little to no flex time allowed. Staff are salaried but expected to show up early, stay late, and keep their mouths shut. Staff in the five schools on campus receive 1-1.5% raises at most. The same staff that recruit, admit, advise schedule classes and work with students every day getting them to graduation, the backbone of the campus.

Pros

As a student worker at Stuckeman School having flexible scheduling is a big plus. The supervisor Jamie, is very understanding. He also trains new student workers well. The environment is very friendly. Pay is reasonable for a part-time student job.

Cons

The office and facilities is located in the basement so can be stuffy sometimes.
