Pros

- Awesome staff -Flexible Schedule -Great culture -Hands-off management technique -The experience is a resume booster

Cons

-It depend on your work schedule and what shift works best for you. For me, working some night shifts was very difficult because I found it so hard to work up from bed, work and keep my eyes open, especially during winter. I manage, but sometimes I wish I was in bed - Some of the student manager are back stabbers, When they have a problem with you. Instead of confronting you or let their feelings be known, they will secretly try to get you fire while pretending to be you friend. I was always cool with all the student managers except for "HIM"

Pros

Decent Benefits, Nice Amounts of Time off

Cons

Staff are the lowest of the totem pole and you KNOW it. Pay not enough to live by yourself as a working adult in State College Area. Will waste your time if there's nothing to do by requiring you to sit there while faculty and admin get to "work from home" (they really don't) President Benepudi will probably give herself 2 more $1.5 million pay increases while you work there unable to afford a simple apartment by yourself.
