      Pros

      It is a great place to do science. Professors are top experts in their field. Nice campus area. Smart students.

      Cons

      Administration is not so competent. Administrative staff is bad. Benefits are not so good compared to other places. Gym and sport facilities could be better.

      flexibility. I'm on a fellowship I won with a great advisor. It is not so good for others.

      Cons

      An inherently liminal position with severely reduced benefits.
