Deceptive pay and untrained staff hinder productivity - Shop Foreman Penske Automotive Group Employee Review

Good environment and a lot of opportunities to grow in the business.

I have no complains whatsoever and everything is good so far.

I do not have any pros for Penske.

Their HR department does not hold their managers accountable for the abuse they are causing onto their employees. Being told to "remember to clock out" for lunch because we always have to work through our lunches is so small compared to all the other issues that occur in Penske. HR chooses not do anything to help their employees when they report something. They realistically do not care whatsoever that extreme misconduct occurs. They also don't ever care to explain the benefits that may be necessary for work/life stress balance except for one quick second at Power Up. HR does not tell you anything to set you up for success.
