Pros
Great experience on how to handle intense stress and deadlines, and three times the amount of work one person should have. Trained to be a work horse.
Cons
Unprofessional, rude, and power hungry management. Micromanagement is out of hand to the point where it affects your ability to efficiently perform your responsibilities. Management feeds off of being rude to their employees to make them feel intimidated, even though everyone is already stressing and doing three times more the amount of work that one person should be responsible for. Apologies have had to been giving many times by the unprofessional management because HR forced them too.. Nonetheless, management will sit in their offices shopping online all day without any regard to the pile of work sitting at their desk holding their employees up.
