Pros
The Penske Automotive group truly cares for their employees. You are not just a number. They have an incredible support network from HR to Payroll to Executive Management. There is nothing unpretentious about these folks. Additionally, decision making is done collectively and quickly. They bring a lot of horsepower to the plate!
Cons
Transitioning from working for Small Business America to Corporate America is quite challenging and the learning curve is steep, but the support staff and the resources are there to make this transition achievable. We are 7 months into the transition and every day is getting better. Soon, this will all be second nature.
