Pros
Penske does value people - I've worked for other public companies such as AutoNation, Sonic and this organization is terrific. When times are challenging, they take care of their personnel, when times are great, they give recognition. Crystal clear goals, and they take feedback into consideration. New COO is great, looks like we are making some unified changes and being more efficient.
Cons
This is neutral - sometimes decision making for bigger projects take longer, but the majority of the time the conservative measures win for the long term of the company. This isn't necessarily a con for me, the some of those newer to the organization may have a learning curve on how the organization works since it's so different from other companies. Benefits for families could be better for coverage as high deductibles don't serve well in emergency situations.
