      Ability to connect with drivers and customers. If you can build a relationship with the drivers and stores then you will have a good operation.

      Cons

      Hours of work as which causes high driver turnover rate. Management will throw you under bus to save themselves. High turnover rate is also cause by disconnect with management team.
