Pros
Nation wide organization with room to grow or transfer if desired. Company spends money on technology to upgrade dealerships in addition to remodeling dealerships to updated surroundings. Opportunities for learning and advancement.
Cons
Changes in pay plan occurred way to often 4-5 in one year. Seniority was not recognized by some in middle management causing major conflicts in scheduling especially for vacation request or during the holidays.
