      The pro's were the employees however most of them got fired

      Cons

      You will have no life. There is a Good ol boy mentality. If you are not a white man and former military you probably won't advance. I hate to say that however it is true. HR doesn't have your back.

      Dedicated to ensuring your individual growth within the company

      Cons

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
