Pros
Penske has a good work model, and has the ability to be one of the best 3PL providers in the nation.
Cons
Upper Management consistently changes and there is no ownership of the locations. Uppermanagement seems to only look out for themselves and is not willing to work with locations experiencing issues. The bottom line is all that matters. There is little support from above.
