      Good work environment for the first 3 months.

      Cons

      Promotions are based off of likeliness, if you are not in their little circle of robots. You will not be promoted. You are taught to lie to customers about everything.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
