      they feed you with alot of food during holidays and they supply you with a toolbox so you dont have to buy your own

      Cons

      management is trash, they think there better then you. Some arent even licensed journeyman, and then theyll try to tell you how to do your job. Micromanaging at its finest

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
