Pros

Union Employees were understanding of the stress put on Supervisors

They lie about the hours - a 6-230 schedule was more like 530 to 430 and plenty of "extra days". You are welcomed and appreciation at first but then after they think they have an employee who will stay, they treat you very poorly. They yell obscenities, don't consider the work you are doing or that you have a life outside of there, call you names and make excuses for it .... offer change but never actually stick to any resolution plan. They fix problems with bandaids and repeat until the problem can't be sutured. All in all- - don't do it. They will not offer any raises and they will not value you as an addition to their company. They have seen high turnover of supervisors and this will not stop until a complete restructure of upper management occurs. These leaders have never been outside of this facility and do not understand actual business ethics or leadership skills.

Cons

Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
