      There is plenty of opportunity for advancement if your one of the Good Ol' Boys. Lots of incompetent middle management.

      Good Ol' Boys club. If you're not part of them, you're treated as an outsider.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
