Pros
Having been an Engineer here for over five years, I've honestly seen some big changes recently, especially in QA Delivery. It really feels like management has been listening and actually doing something about the feedback. There's a much stronger focus now on recognizing people who genuinely work hard and perform well, which is a huge breath of fresh air compared to how things felt before. My work-life balance has definitely improved, and they're rolling out new policies that make the workplace feel a lot more supportive. The negative vibes that used to hang around certain teams seem to be getting actively tackled, and it's creating a more collaborative and appreciative atmosphere. It genuinely feels like the company is investing in us, the employees, and our well-being.
Cons
Even though things are so much better, it's still a work in progress, you know? Coming from where we were, the transition is ongoing. Sometimes you still see a few communication hiccups or feel the lingering effects of the old low morale, but it's way less common now. And I get it, for some of us who were really impacted by the old culture, fully embracing these positive shifts might just take a bit more time. There's always room to fine-tune things like making sure everything is completely transparent and that the new merit-based systems are applied consistently across all opportunities. It takes time to completely fix all the historical issues, but honestly, the direction we're heading in now is super promising.
