Fast pace, frequent product launches and cadence with new technologies

Cons

On the professional team, expectations are that you’ll do what is necessary to support timelines. This comes with ebbs and flows. Management and team mates are supportive of daytime fitness classes and flex hours as long as work is getting done.

Pros

Excellent work culture. Leadership works, actively to support the field and reduce any barriers that would contribute to failure. Open to new ideas, flexible, work hours, fully supportive, and fun environment that any sales representative with thrive in. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

As any good sales rep nose, incentives can be a double ledge sword. There is no ceiling on earnings, which can harm work life balance. But expectations are fair considering compensation. Get ready to work hard.

Pros

One thing I want to say - this is a phenomenal company that saves lives. I have an opportunity to be a part of that. I've met just awsome peopple here. All Supervisors and leads are just AWESOME. And you know what - in the end we save lives around the planet - THIS MATTERS!!!!!!!!
