Pros

Good and supportive management, diverse, and good company culture. There's an annual review where you could get a raise.

Cons

You work good, you get a raise but still the same amount even if you work twice as good than others. Not really that much of a con though.

Pros

One thing I want to say - this is a phenomenal company that saves lives. I have an opportunity to be a part of that. I've met just awsome peopple here. All Supervisors and leads are just AWESOME. And you know what - in the end we save lives around the planet - THIS MATTERS!!!!!!!!
