Pros

- Seem to pay pretty well. - There' a lot of growth and movement happening.

Cons

- There are managers in place who are not trained or capable for managing teams. - Lots of nepotism/favoritism! Growth for those related or friends with upper management seems to be a priority. - The company heads advertise they welcome new ideas but the "don't fix what's broken attitude" is predominant among middle management - Lots of stubborn people who have been at the company for many years

Pros

Excellent work culture. Leadership works, actively to support the field and reduce any barriers that would contribute to failure. Open to new ideas, flexible, work hours, fully supportive, and fun environment that any sales representative with thrive in. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

As any good sales rep nose, incentives can be a double ledge sword. There is no ceiling on earnings, which can harm work life balance. But expectations are fair considering compensation. Get ready to work hard.

Pros

One thing I want to say - this is a phenomenal company that saves lives. I have an opportunity to be a part of that. I've met just awsome peopple here. All Supervisors and leads are just AWESOME. And you know what - in the end we save lives around the planet - THIS MATTERS!!!!!!!!
