Pros
The day I joined the organization didn't find any single quality which I can think of mentioning here...worst company I have ever seen in my whole IT career.
Cons
There are many things which is not good for future employee though current employee's are still suffering 1. atleast give some basic facilities to employee like cleand washroom, tissue paper, working AC and proper place to sit. 2. Atleast give lift facility to the employees. Think about the ladies working in top floor, the one who are complaining will b threatend by the managers. 3. Give employees the drinking bottled water to drink not the filtered uncleaned water connected to the overhead tank. 4.company is hiring worst senior resources from the market , which are not even interested for any technical work except the status report. 5. Company will never stick to the promises they made at the time of talent hiring.
