Pros

I see more process implemented, good Salary, good working environment, flexible office timings, individual recognition, good clientele that every individual wants to work. I can suggest this company for any level of experienced.

Cons

More Outdoor activities have to come up. Cafeteria facilities are not great as expected to be. No family member is added in Health insurance. It will be a great beneficial for the employees if the family members are included in this plan.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
