-Management laughing about laying off individuals right before Christmas Block leave in the middle of the COVID crisis. -There is a very obvious superiority complex with the some individuals -Leads were chosen with no vetting process. The individual in question does not care about losing their job. -The people that work in this field do not have to worry about losing their jobs because they are either retired Army or 100% disabled and will be okay supporting themselves, so it creates a culture of laziness and a "not my job, not my problem" attitude.
