--They don't have a set process. --Top management people are unprofessional and possess inhuman nature. --Targets set by them are totally un-achievable for any normal human being. but they make you feel bad about it everyday. --i have not seen anybody working there continuously for an year. --You will feel sick of yourself choosing HR field everyday if you are working at peoplestrong. --they will want you to stretch for long hours even if its not necessary. --their clients are never in good terms with them so you will always be in trouble. I mean everyday. --worklife balance. OMG people here are not that educated here to understand that term. If you really want to screw up your life join peoplestrong.
