Pros

Some of the coworkers are really great people.

Cons

They need better upper management. The ones there now are a joke. Most unprofessional I've ever worked with compared to other staffing companies. That's why they have a very high turnover.

Lots of general statements made here with nothing to back them up. Upper management a "joke?" Why? What in particular have you experienced that drives you to this conclusion? "Most unprofessional" in what way? It's easy to make broad statements and use derogatory language, but it's not so easy to provide support for those claims. And the company does NOT have "very high turnover." It currently runs less than 15% annually, which is significantly lower than other companies in the same industry. Finally, Peoplelink has a Net Promoter Score of 30%, which compares to the staffing industry average of 3%. That's TEN TIMES the average. I doubt that the company's management is a "joke" if customer satisfaction is so high.

Pros

Great group of people to work with, Received airpods, Two huge gaming monitors, monthly pay for work from home expenses. The work was work of course, but the community of the job was peaceful. I hated to leave, but I was tempting for someone on deployment.

Cons

Short Contract, and I had to go in the office occasionally even though I was remote, I spoke to my manager and they changed though.

Pros

Leadership gives no time to strategically get staff hired and gain busines. Half their offices are 1-person offices and Branch Managers work from home and Recruiters never see them. Horrible upper level management.

Cons

If you dare have input or ideas outside of theirs they will term you. Weekly meetings with the CEO of company who makes you feel uncomfortable. Very odd company.
