Pros
The staff at the location I go through is extremely helpful. And that always answer all my questions and look into things for me and get right back to me with the results. They kinda seem more like friends because they will even go as far as to text me if they can't reach me by calling they have also sent me a message through facebook. They are all really good at their jobs and they truly do work for us and make sure we are being sent to a company that will fit not only our needs but our lifestyle as well
Cons
I wouldn't say there is any cons for the location I go through because they themselves always go above and beyond service I would say the cons are more on the corporate office because to them we are all replaceable and they treat us as such
