Pros

It is an entrepreneurial environment. If you have the risk-tolerance, the drive and you can sell, you will have free reign to pursue leads and make sales.

Cons

There exists a great vacuum where leadership should be. The C-level/owners are completely removed from day-to-day operations and provide zero leadership to the field. A couple regions have strong VPs and are able to do well. However, even these VPs struggle when the owners get involved. Information systems are primitive. Accounting is Byzantine. There is no human resources manager and they lack basic employment policies (odd for a staffing firm). Top management is all family with all their skeletons on display, instead of politely tucked into a closet somewhere.

Pros

Great group of people to work with, Received airpods, Two huge gaming monitors, monthly pay for work from home expenses. The work was work of course, but the community of the job was peaceful. I hated to leave, but I was tempting for someone on deployment.

Cons

Short Contract, and I had to go in the office occasionally even though I was remote, I spoke to my manager and they changed though.

Pros

Leadership gives no time to strategically get staff hired and gain busines. Half their offices are 1-person offices and Branch Managers work from home and Recruiters never see them. Horrible upper level management.

Cons

If you dare have input or ideas outside of theirs they will term you. Weekly meetings with the CEO of company who makes you feel uncomfortable. Very odd company.
