We always appreciate the feedback we receive from our employees. All businesses today are going through incredible amounts of change. Ours is no different. Change is uncomfortable at all levels of the business, and can be even more challenging for longer tenured employees. Our goal is to continue driving our performance driven culture to insure the success and growth of the entire business. This will cause discomfort, especially with longer tenured employees who have yet to see the positive impact that these changes will have on the overall business. The pace of change continues to accelerate. We have and will continue to take actions that insure we get appropriate feedback from all of our stakeholders and make changes that we feel are best for the health of the company.

Pros

Great group of people to work with, Received airpods, Two huge gaming monitors, monthly pay for work from home expenses. The work was work of course, but the community of the job was peaceful. I hated to leave, but I was tempting for someone on deployment.

Cons

Short Contract, and I had to go in the office occasionally even though I was remote, I spoke to my manager and they changed though.

Pros

Leadership gives no time to strategically get staff hired and gain busines. Half their offices are 1-person offices and Branch Managers work from home and Recruiters never see them. Horrible upper level management.

Cons

If you dare have input or ideas outside of theirs they will term you. Weekly meetings with the CEO of company who makes you feel uncomfortable. Very odd company.
