Very poor leadership, blatant racism, and major bullying. Pepperdine is known for wiping out entire departments just because they want to. I've heard it happened at the business school and the education school. Undeserving people are promoted with fake job titles. Memos will go out to say people can't have raises due to budget cuts but people are promoted with ridiculous raises if they're friends with the upper leaders. People seriously don't even know what these people do. Sad place to work.
