Pros

Paid weekly. Good chance for upward mobility. Get to meet a lot of different people.

Cons

Sometimes the work load is too much for just one person to do in an 8 hour day. People lower on the seniority list are typically given really bad assignments. Sometimes you will be required to drive to stores far away. Required to drive own vehicle to and from stores. Mandatory overtime is typically expected (like on the holidays). Wages seem a little low in todays climate. However there is a contract renegotiation coming up soon so I expect that the base wage will be bumped up.

Pros

Plenty of internal opportunity across a variety of functions, food side of the business is stable as chips will continue to be consumed

Cons

Might have to relocate for your next opportunity, sales roles almost certainly require relocation at any stage of your career, financial engineering or "transformation" will ultimately hurt this company as it continues to eliminate jobs slowly over the last decade and into the future

Pros

The pay can be good.

Cons

They lie to you in the interviews and in training. Then try to push you or add details or requirements after the fact. Some of which is arguable if the company actually has policies for. Very Long hours, it's hard to get breaks. The plant management loves to push product whether it sales or not just so they can get their bonuses. It's very much a "you vs them" dynamic. There is very little training yet receive very high expectations. If you can't handle it, "you're just not meant for the job" or "you're not cut out for it" They have atleast 5 people quit a month.
