Pros
-Incredibly Diverse -Unbelievably Caring staff and Executive team -Strong Work/Life Balance -Innovative -Meaningful, concrete, sustainable and visible impact -Loving culture (Myself and many of my coworkers came from extremely toxic environments before this and are still in awe of how incredible this culture is) -I HAVE THE BEST BOSS EVER!
Cons
-Growth has been rapid, so there are obvious growing pains - but this is still done more eloquently than I have experienced at other nonprofits -Not enough brand recognition in the community - people think we are a scam, so it feels much younger than a 23-year old org. - not necessarily a con, just something that makes the job more challenging
