      The people are amazing, and everybody is so committed to the mission

      It can be a bit of a people mill. There is a lot of staff turnover from people who feel they're taken advantage of.

      The Houston Team is amazing! Felt really supported and inspired by great local management.

      Cons

      There are metrics that you must meet to keep your job as any position. So, you have to make sure you don't lose sight of Certification rates they could become more challenging but they can be achieved.
