Pros
Outstanding personnel within the individual departments. The work is also incredibly interesting. The hours are flexible, the pay is solid, and the culture is top notch.
Cons
Corporate. Plain and simple, the suits are the most frustrating element within the company. That said, they do make an effort to improve the benefits (which are already very good) every year. They simply know very little about technical matters, which makes them difficult to deal with.
