      Pros

      This company is fantastic, they've been really good about communicating with employees. They are doing an great job of taking care of their employees during COVID-19. I am very impressed with their approach.

      Cons

      So far, I haven't found one in over 2 years.

      Pros

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
